Infrastructură Cibernetică pentru Studii Geodinamice Relaționate cu Zona Seismogenică Vrancea

 


 

Conform wikipedia, LINPACK reprezinta o librarie de programe pentru rularea de coduri de algebra lineara pe computere si este folosit pentru masurarea puterii de calcul in virgula mobila pe diverse sisteme de calcul. Este in prezent folosit pentru masurarea performantei supercalculatoarelor in faimosul TOP500.

Pentru realizarea testului HPLinpack am folosit urmatorii parametrii: - P x Q: am folosit 32 x 42. - marimea NB: am folosit 128. - marimea N a variat intre 50000 si 600576. - am folosit compiler-ul default gcc cu openmpi/gcc.

Performanta intregului sistem HPCC este de 7.6 Tflops (din 11.3 Tflops). (eficienta 67%)
Intregul hardware a fost stabil pe timpul celor 12 ore ale testului HPLinpack, acesta fiind de fapt scopul principal al acestui HPL (nicun semnal de eroare pe reteaua de infiniband).
